1. General Policy
- All fees paid to NX Interns are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- By enrolling in any internship, training, or program, you agree to this Refund Policy.
This protects you legally and builds trust.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment made due to a technical error
- Payment deducted but enrollment not confirmed
- Program cancelled by NX Interns before commencement
Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of payment.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in cases including, but not limited to:
- Change of mind after enrollment
- Failure to complete internship tasks or assessments
- Absence, inactivity, or missed deadlines
- Dissatisfaction with learning outcomes
- Violation of Terms of Service or code of conduct
- Certificate ineligibility due to incomplete requirements
4. Internship & Certificate Fees
- Internship and certificate fees are charged for learning access, mentorship, evaluation, and administrative processing
- Certificates are issued only after successful completion
- Fees paid for certification are non-refundable
5. Refund Process
If eligible:
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: 7–10 working days
- Transaction charges (if any) are non-refundable
6. Final Authority
NX Interns reserves the final right to approve or deny any refund request. Decisions made by the platform are final and binding.
