Your 3-Month Trajectory

Month 1
The Newsroom Bootcamp
You will shadow senior editors, learn our proprietary CMS and tech stack, and understand the anatomy of a viral story. By week two, you'll be executing your first supervised tasks—from drafting SEO headlines to debugging code.
Month 2
Taking the Reins
The training wheels come off. You will take ownership of daily beats, manage social media grids, or deploy front-end features independently. This month is all about building your verifiable portfolio and speeding up your workflow.
Month 3
The Final Cut & PPO Review
Pitch, lead, and execute a "Capstone" project—a long-form investigation, a viral video series, or a new tech tool. Month 3 concludes with a performance evaluation for stipends, Official LORs, and full-time Pre-Placement Offers.

This internship is a mutual commitment. Please be advised that if the internship is not completed according to the agreed-upon terms, duration, and performance standards, this offer letter will be rendered null and void. Furthermore, NewsX Nation will not entertain, verify, or forward any employment or background check requests for future employment for candidates who fail to successfully complete their tenure.
